Truth and Freedom Enrollment Procedures
To Enroll for the First Time:
Contact us via email or phone, for an enrollment interview.
During the interview, you will need to complete a Registration Form and submit your enrollment fee of $80. Then you will need to complete a Church School Enrollment Form. Once these two forms are completed, and the enrollment fee is received, you will sign a Records Release Form. We will obtain your records and forward them to you.
After the initial enrollment process is complete, a curriculum will need to be chosen for your child. You will need to complete a Study Plan outlining your chosen curriculum and goals. We can provide curriculum resources and assistance if desired. Please use this form for your Study Plan.
Progress reports, indicating the goals you have accomplished, will be due on February 1st and August 1st of each school year.

To Re-enroll in Truth and Freedom Home School Academy:
Complete a Registration Form, along with a check or money order for the re-enrollment fee of $80. Submit your form and fee to Truth and Freedom Home School Academy by August 1st of each school year. If the registration form and fee are not received by August 15th of each school year, a $10 late fee will be imposed.
